Real Power AME is a loving and embracing faith community under the dynamic leadership of Pastor Harold B. Hayes, Jr and Executive Pastor, Rev. Kellie V. Hayes.
 

Sunday Service Attire
Dress however you feel most comfortable attending church. There is no dress code for the worship experience. Our community is a mix of people with some people wearing suits and others wearing jeans.
 

Worship Service Timing
Service starts at 9:45 a.m., it is hybrid where you may join us online or in person. For our in person service arriving 10-15 minutes prior to service time will allow you to be welcomed by our Greeters at the front door and seated by our ushers in the Sanctuary or Multi-Purpose Room. Please feel free to ask questions you may have to the greeter or usher, they will gladly answer any of your questions.  

Worship Experience
Our typical worship service lasts 90 minutes. It is a dynamic experience filled with lively music, prayer, reading of Biblical passages, collection of tithes and offering followed by a spirit-led practical sermon. After the sermon, the preacher will extend the opportunity for you to accept Christ as your Savior and also the opportunity to join Real Power AME.

On First Sundays, we have Holy Communion and Baptisms.  
 

Visitor Recognition
During our worship services, we recognize visitors by reading the names of those that have filled out worship cards and asking for visitors to stand. We come out and greet visitors with a hug or handshake. We want you to feel the love of God and our community through our hugs and greetings.
